     M3 Consulting limits its access strictly to marketing process files and samples necessary to perform the agreed-upon work.

    • We will not request or require access to your business records, financial data, or customer information.
    • Any client samples provided will be used exclusively for auditing and optimization purposes as outlined in the NDA.

     Some elements of your project may involve the use of sub-contractors, who will: 

    • Be bound by strict confidentiality through NDAs.
    • Adhere to the same data protection and privacy standards outlined in this policy.
       
  1. Marketing Use of Client Work Product

     With your consent, anonymized versions of your work product may be used as M3 marketing samples.

    • Identifying details will be removed, except in protected images.
    • You retain the right to refuse the use of your work product for M3 marketing.

     Clients may be required to grant M3 Consulting access to internal servers to initiate the project.

    • Access will be used strictly for project-related purposes.
    • Server access can be revoked by the client upon project completion.
    • Approved work product will be provided in various formats and locations as agreed upon during the project.

     We do not sell or rent your personal or project-specific information. However, we may share information in the following instances:

    • Sub-Contractors: As outlined above, with your approval and under NDA.
